Made dinner reservations for our last meal in Vegas here at Resort World. We wound up arriving early and they were able to seat us without issue! The birria and braised beef tacos were great, queso fundido, wouldn't order again. It was pretty loud inside but service was overall well. Would recommend for a quick bite!

COSTILLAS ARE A MUST TRY!! I had credit through the hotel and Viva looked like a top option. We went on a Saturday night and it wasn't terribly busy. We went earlier than our reservation and got sat right away. Our server at first was attentive and helpful at first which faded as dinner went on. We ordered a Margarita, Costillas, Enchiladas de Pollo, Pastel de Camote, and Tres Leches Cake. The food, very surprisingly, came out before the drinks. After a few bites in, the drinks finally came. The Costillas were amazing. The spices complemented the lamb rips perfectly. They were also very tender. Every bite seemed like sophisticated perfection. The Enchiladas were good but nowhere near as good as the Costillas. We decided to try dessert since the main was delicious. We also expected the dessert to come out quickly like the entrees but that was not the case. The Pastel de Camote wasn't good. Any homemade sweet potato pie is better. The Tres Leches Cake was enjoyable. After finishing eating our server wasn't acknowledging our table and after a very long time I tracked him down for the check. I would love to give this 5 Stars but the service really fell off. Overall, I would come back over and over again for the Costillas.

Carne asada was grilled perfectly. The chips and salsa were delightful. I loved the two dipping sauces that came with the asada especially the chimichurri sauce. The service was ok however the ambiance and good food make up for the bland service.

Went here for the drinks, chips & salsa, and churro only. They were all so good! If you come with a friend or 2, the margarita flight is worth it! It was around $50 for the flight. The cups are decently sized for a flight! The churros were light and airy. It paired so well with the warm chocolate sauce they provided. The salsa was sooo good! Would come back again for the drinks, churro and chips!
